Purchase media space online
Traditionally, radio stations make most of their profits from large corporations and companies like telcos, banks, insurance companies etc. that run major marketing campaigns. Due to this, they spend significant amounts of money trying to acquire these customers through sales personnel. Currently, the number of radio stations in Ghana alone stands at 354, with Africa’s total numbering over 5000. As a result of the fierce competition, these radio stations are often left with up to 50% ad space (prime time) unsold.
Ironically, there are over 154,000 SMEs that are equally looking for media space to buy but are not the focus of these radio stations due to the difference between cost of acquiring them and the profit they bring.
VendyAds is a mobile and web solution that enables media companies to efficiently sell their ad space and reach the larger market, mainly made up of SMEs. It’s an all-in-one ad sales software that provides a combination of CRM, and marketplace and payments integration. Advertisers directly send ads via a mobile app, hence shortening the media buying process.
